Return conditions: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached and the original receipt included.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds: We will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges: We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
How to initiate a return:
  1. Please contact us through our website to request a return authorization.
  2. Once you receive your return authorization, please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include the original receipt and your return authorization number in the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization email.
